The “TechBuddy by Christmas” contest is for companies that want to deploy TechBuddy quickly, with the aim of completing the implementation before Christmas 2026. You can enter in person at our stand at MSV Brno.

Four steps at the TechBuddy stand

Come to our stand
Pavilion F, stand 221, during the fair's opening hours. Registration for each day closes at a time announced at the stand.

Fill in the entry questionnaire
A person over 18 who is authorised to represent the company fills it in on its behalf. We ask how much of your documentation is digital, where it is stored and who would be your internal lead.

Short consultation
If needed, a TechBuddy representative clarifies the questionnaire details with you so we can assess whether the implementation can start quickly.

Entry into the draw
Companies that meet the internal readiness conditions enter the draw. Each company can take part only once.
One winner every day, the final on Friday
We draw at the stand after registration closes for the day. The organiser may adjust the exact time to fit the running of the fair.

- A company that has not been drawn yet stays in the draw for the following days until Friday.
- Each company can win only one daily prize; once drawn, it is excluded from the remaining daily draws.
- All four daily winners go into Friday's draw for the main prize.

Each of the four daily winners gets 50% off the price of standard TechBuddy implementation services. For the main winner, drawn from the daily winners on Friday, the discount becomes 100%. Discounts do not add up.
The prize covers
- Standard TechBuddy implementation services, in the scope confirmed after an initial review of your needs.
- An implementation scope and schedule that we confirm together before the project starts.
The prize does not cover
- recurring licence or subscription fees
- hardware
- third-party services and licences
- extraordinary travel costs
- custom development and non-standard integrations beyond the standard implementation
Unless agreed otherwise in writing. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to another entity or project without the organiser's consent. Completion before Christmas 2026 assumes timely cooperation from the winner – especially documents, an available internal lead and ongoing approvals.
Who can enter and what we assess
Who can enter
- Companies and entrepreneurs interested in deploying TechBuddy quickly.
- A person over 18 who is authorised to represent the company enters on its behalf.
- One company (by name and company ID) = one questionnaire. The first properly completed one counts.
- Employees and contractors of the organiser and people involved in organising the contest and the draw cannot take part.
Internal readiness conditions
We don't assess the quality, importance or commercial appeal of a company – only whether the implementation can start quickly. In particular, we check whether:
- you have a specific need that a standard TechBuddy deployment can address
- the relevant technical data, documentation and know-how are digitised and can be made available to the implementation team in time
- you can name an internal lead who is available during the implementation for consultations, handing over documents and approvals
- the company is organisationally ready to start the project without delays
- the scope does not require unusually complex custom development, integrations or third-party work
Winner notification and announcement
We inform winners in person, by phone or by email, using the contacts from the questionnaire. Being present at the stand is not required.
Please confirm that you accept the prize within 5 working days of being contacted; otherwise we may draw a replacement winner, even after the fair.
We publish the winning company and its prize on the TechBuddy / DataSentics website and social media, especially LinkedIn. We may name the company's representative and tag their public professional profile.
We take photos or video at the handover only with separate consent. If a particular person does not consent, someone else can represent the company.
After the implementation, the winning company provides a short, factual reference. We agree the wording for publication in advance.
Organiser and full rules
The contest is organised by DataSentics, a.s., Washingtonova 1599/17, 110 00 Prague 1, company ID 053 55 541. Veletrhy Brno, a.s. (BVV) and MSV are not organisers, co-organisers, partners or guarantors of the contest.
DataSentics, a.s. processes personal data to run the contest and hand over the prizes. Consent to marketing communication is voluntary and has no effect on taking part or winning.
This page summarises the rules of the contest, officially named “TechBuddy do Vánoc”. The full rules, available in Czech, are binding; the organiser reserves the right to change the rules or end the contest.
